How to Earn money $20, $50, $100 a Day

And now to the most important part on your way to success and income with NeoBux! Strategy and how to build towards a decent daily income!
Below are a few strategies. There are so many sites offering strategies and tips (just google "NeoBux Strategy", you'll see!) I am just going to show you a couple of different versions.
Personally, I jumped in and invested about $100 to get started, but as you will see below, you can get started with absolutely NOTHING out of pocket! You can use your earnings from ad clicking to build your referral team, you need never spend a dime out of pocket to make this happen!

What I am about to show you is a way to build your earnings to $50 bucks a day without spending a nickel. No hype, no fluff and at most 15 minutes a day.

$50+ Per Day NeoBux Strategy Guide : No Investments Needed!

This Strategy Guide will teach you how to make REAL money with NeoBux, without paying them a thing. The only catch is you won't be making $50/day right off the bat.  You will be making a few cents when you first start. 

The name of the game is called PATIENCE.
 
Now, with this method, I haven't invested any money to earn money. If you have money to invest, by all means, do it  and you'll see results faster than mine. The key to making money on NeoBux is through referrals.  It's simple, if you don't have referrals, you won't make money. 

You can rent referrals directly from NeoBux.

The referrals are real people (NOT BOTS) and cost 25 cents a month each.  Some will be active and some won't.  To recycle a non-active referral for an active one you have to pay 7 cents. 
It may seem like a lot, but it's worth it.  If you don't recycle inactive referrals, you will lose money. 


Step 1:

Start clicking your ads every day. When you reach 75 cents by clicking on your own ads (if you don't invest money) you are able to rent 3 referrals. (BUT DO NOT RENT REFS YET!).  It takes a few days to earn the 75 cents on your own and people are so eager to rent referrals that they just purchase as soon as their account reaches 75 cents. When people do this they do not realize that they do not have enough money to maintain their rented referrals and their referrals eventually are taken away because they can't pay for them.


Step 2:

Ok so before you rent referrals you should earn $3 by clicking on your ads (Or You Can Invest For Quickness) and then transfer it to your rental balance. This way you have $1 per referral and you will easily be able to recycle them if they are not active or pay to keep them for one more month. It will take a while to get $3 on your own, but this way you will be able to keep your referrals and exchange the inactive ones for active ones without the fear that you will not be able to pay for them.


Step 3:

Once you have your $3 in your rental balance rent 3 referrals. Auto pay is another must. As soon as you rent your first 3 referrals turn Auto pay on (you will find this on the page below where your referrals are listed). Referrals cost 25 cents a month to keep. Instead of you paying for the referral, they pay for themselves as long as you have Auto pay turned on. What it does is subtract one of the advertisements your referral views each day and puts it towards the 25 cents that referral needs to stick around for another month. So you get one less penny from each referral, but they will be your referral as long as they are active.


Step 4:

Cashing out too early is a huge problem for people that use NeoBux. When you request a payment it is INSTANTLY transferred into your AlertPay / Paypal account. In order to see if NeoBux is indeed legit (which it is) many people will earn $2 by clicking and then cash it out. Woo-hoo. You now have a TWO WHOLE DOLLARS in your Paypal account. Those dollars should have been put towards renting referrals. With this strategy you will be putting $3 into your rental balance before you rent 3 referrals. 

So $1 per referral. I actually did not cash out until I started reaching +1000 refs. Keep renting referrals by increments of 3 (you can rent by higher increments later as your referrals make you more money) and continue until you have 300 referrals. This will take quite some time. This is where most people flake out. When you reach 300 referrals, stop renting referrals and just maintain the ones you already have. 

Keep doing this until the money builds up to about $100 and you can use $90 of it to pay for a Golden upgrade.
 
$100 won't take very long at all to get once you have 300 referrals and once you upgrade to golden your earnings will DOUBLE. This is the great part. Golden costs $90 a year but instead of getting half a cent for every advertisement your referral views, you get 1 cent. Your earnings double. That's all there is to it.

Keep renting new referrals after you upgrade to golden and don't cash out. Remember, you haven't cashed out at all, and you shouldn't until you have 2000 referrals. 

But when you do cash out, you will be able to cash out about $50 a day. And that's the end of the strategy.

It will also help you in your NeoBux adventure to get direct referrals, after 30 days with the use of a referral link they will give you.

It may seem to start off slow at first but it is only 5 minutes a day till you start to get your account built up.

Once you start renting referrals things start to get exciting.  Watch your referrals closely. No clicks for three days when you first rent them, recycle them for new ones.

Watch your referral averages and their last sign ins.  Keep all referrals that have an average of over 1.

Another Version:

1. Choose a time of day that you can click ads and eventually manage your referrals at the same time everyday. 

2. Click all available ads everyday (when you get referrals this is necessary to earn from referral clicks). 

3. Utilize all free methods of advertising to gain any direct referrals (after 30 days). Talk it up with your friends and relatives. Put a tagline on your e-mail signature. Post in forums. Use free traffic exchanges. 

4. Once your account balance reaches $3. Transfer this money to your rental balance and rent 3 referrals. It is only $0.90 to rent the referrals but you will need the remainder to properly manage the referrals. 

5. Put the autopay function on. 

6. If a referral of yours has not clicked today or yesterday and has click average of less than 1.0 then recycle it ($0.07) and get a new referral. If they have a click average of between .3 and 1.0, I will give them 4-5 days before I recycle them. I will give those with an average of over 1.0 seven days to return and click just because I would hate to recycle a great referral just because they were on vacation for a week. 

7. Whenever, one of your referrals goes below 20 days before next payment pay to add another 30 days. Below 20 days, the autopay function does not work and you will not get the savings for that referral. 

8. Every time your account balance reaches $1 transfer the money to your rental balance. At first when you are only making a couple of cents per day it is important to keep enough in your rental balance to maintain your recycling activity because you can only transfer in $1 increments. Once you can complete this transfer and have at least $2.40 in your rental balance rent another 3 referrals. 

9. Continue this process until you are making a $1 a day in your account balance. At this point you can begin renting in bigger chunks of referrals every 7 days. 

10. It will take a while but continue the above listed process until you reach 300 referrals. At this point stop renting and just maintain your referrals. Accumulate the earnings until you can pay for the upgrade to golden. 

11. Once golden, maintain your referrals as before. Every week continue to rent referrals until you hit the 2000 refs mark. Any money that you are not sinking into referral maintenance or renting is profit for you. 

This is the way I manage my account and I have had really good results. The aggressive recycling is very key.

And yet another version

1) DON'T BE AFRAID TO SPEND MONEY

When I first started I looked at this as a way to make money without an investment. That's great and all if you're a patient person. I'm one of the many that can't wait. I spent 60 bucks in the first month. This got me 250 rented referrals.

2) MAINTAINING RENTED REFERRALS
Rented referrals is where the money's at on Neobux. The best thing to do is ride on the rented referrals. To do this you must keep them. First turn on 'Auto-Renew' and leave it on. Also maintain an active set of referrals. Constantly recycle dead refs. I set the green zone to 1.1 and the yellow starting at .7 This lets you know on the statistics and the rented page whether you're losing money(red), breaking even(yellow), or profiting (green). If a user stops clicking, give them a day or two. Say one of my referrals skips clicking today. Tomorrow their last click will say yesterday. I like to give them another day. Once the last click turns into a actual date, get rid of them. Keep this up.

3) FILTER OUT USERS WITH LOW AVERAGE
Don't do this until you are happy with the number of refs you have for a while. Recycle the users with a red average first. With them on auto-renew, you're losing money. Just mass recycle these users till you have a team of dedicated users. Finally its time to go for gold!

4) BUILD UP FOR GOLD
At this point you should have about 250 members. Keep autopay turned on and check the price of extending your rented refs for 90 days. Check your profit per day and do the math. Once you can afford it, renew the refs for 90 days and disable the autopay. This saves you 20% over time. Then let your money build up. I've heard it can be tough to get rented refs once you hit golden. To prepare for this don't get gold until you have at least 300 rented refs and half are active. You should be able to perform steps 2 and 3 during this time. Golden costs 90 bucks. Get 300 refs and then upgrade. But don't upgrade till you have at least 120 bucks, 30 bucks to work with your refs.

5) CASH OUT
Finally for the good part. Before you cash out, make sure you have enough to rent ALL of your refs for another 90 days. Once you do, keep that much in your rental balance. Anything else is profit. Once the 90 days are nearing an end, renew them. Be sure to overlap this time. A week is probably fine, but don't go too late, otherwise you'll have to rebuild that clicking army. After you've renewed, save up for another 90 days. That way the account maintains itself and u just click your  ads every day. I

How To Make Money With Neobux a PTC site

How does Neobux work? It works just like any other PTC; You get paid for each advertisement you click. You need to keep the advertisements open for 30 seconds, and you are not allowed to view multiple advertisements at once. Doesn't sound like a lot, huh? Well don't worry, because clicking ads yourself won't get you far. You need to get something called referrals. You can get referrals through someone directly signing up under you, or you can buy referrals from neobux itself.

Investment Strategy: This is a strategy personally used by me, and it seems to be working so far. 
So here is how it goes: Invest 30+ dollars for 100 Referrals (Referral price goes up 1 dollar after you have over 250 referrals) Repeat this step once every week, for 3 weeks until you get to 300 Referrals (You can only rent once every 7 days, that's why it takes so long.) 

Go GOLDEN! (You can either use the money your referrals gain you, your own money, or a combination of the two). When you get the Golden Membership, you will make back all your invested money within a month if you maintain a Referral clicking average of at least 2 ads a day.

Pros: Does not take as long compared to "starting from scratch" method 

Cons: A somewhat big initial investment is needed. 

Putting Everything into Perspective: Let's say you get to 300 Referrals, and you upgrade to Golden. If your referrals click at least 2 ads a day you will make $210 a month. (500 * 2 * 0.01) - (500 *0.006) = (10) - (3) = $7 Daily Profit = $49 Weekly Profit = $210 Monthly Profit.

Big Money Strategy
This strategy is for people who want to earn a lot by investing money in Neobox. Follow the steps carefully and start your earnings!

1. Register and create an account.
2. Click all of your ads everyday and every once in a while there will be extra ads for you to click, check in often.
3. Rent 100 referrals, this will cost you $25.
4. Meet the minimum standards so you can upgrade to Golden (Rent at least twice/50 clicks credited/Be a member at least 15 days).
5. Before you go golden, you should have rented another 100 referrals for $25 and that puts you at 200 referrals and you should be golden soon.
6. Upgrade to Golden for $90.
7. Keep renting 100 pack referrals and clicking.
8. As soon as your 30 days is up, start recruiting Direct referrals.
9. Be sure that you maintain an average of 1 in order to make profit.
10. Once you reach 100 clicks credited, pay $890 to upgrade to Ultimate.
11. Buy 300 packs of rented referrals and keep doing this until you reach 4000 referrals.
12. Be sure to maintain your referrals and keep AutoPay on. If you do not have AutoPay on, extend your referrals for 90 days which will give you a 20% discount.
13. Slowly cash out your money every week and you should get your investment back in around 3 months.
14. After that, everything is pure profit for you and an Ultimate with 4000 referrals can make over $500/month profit.

Ingredients:-

Mincemeat 1 kg
Salt as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 ½ tbsp.
Papaya grounded 1 tbsp
Aniseeds 1 tsp
Whole Coriander 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Bay leaf 1
Small cardamom 2 – 3
Onion 2 medium
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chili 6 – 8
Dalda Canola Oil ½ cup

Directions:-

*Wash and dry mincemeat thoroughly in strainer.Grind dry roast aniseeds, coriander, cumin, small and big cardamom and bay leaf finely with a grinder.

*Mix all these spices in mincemeat with salt, ginger garlic, red chili and papaya and chop them well

*Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes and brush oven tray slightly with Dalda Canola Oil

*Make long cylindrical kebab for mincemeat. Layer in oven tray and bake for 15 – 20 minutes

*Heat Dalda Canola Oil in a wok and sauté finely chopped onion in it

*Add baked seekh kebab in the wok and crush with a spoon, add beaten yogurt and sliced green chili in it and stir well

*Remove from heat when oil separates.

Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Aniseeds 1 tsp
Whole hot Spices 1 tbsp
Green Chutney 2 tbsp
Dalda VTF Banaspati ½ cup

Directions:-

*Make small pieces of boneless meat and finely slice onions aside fromdry roast coriander, cumin, aniseeds and poppy seeds.

*Finely grind roasted spices with papaya, add 1 tbsp Dalda VTF Banaspati, salt, ginger garlic and red chili in it and mix it up well

*Marinate meat with this mixture for 2 – 3 hours

*Heat Dalda VTF Banaspati in a wok and pop whole hot spices in it and fry onion golden in it

*Add marinated meat, mix well and cover and cook on low heat

*Stir once or twice in the midst. When meat comes to tender, stir well on medium heat until water gets dry

*Add green chutney at the end and stir until ghee separates

Ingredients:-

Chicken breast 1
Wheat flour ½ cup
Flour 1 cup
Salt As per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Bread crumbs As per need
Dalda Cooking Oil As per need

Directions:-

*Wash chicken & cut into small fillets and marinate with ginger garlic, salt, black pepper, soya sauce and 1 tbsp Dalda Cooking Oil

*After 10 – 15 minutes, toss these fillets lightly into flour. Then dip the fillets in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry till golden in Dalda Cooking Oil

*Mix flour and wheat flour along with a pinch of salt, sugar and 4 tbsp Dalda Cooking oil and knead a dough adding water in it

*Rub vigorously with palm for 10 – 12 minutes and wrap in muslin cloth or plastic bag for 10 minutes

*Roll small chapatti and cook on griddle.

Mince Meat ½ kg
Gram Lentil ½ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green Onion (finely chopped) 2
Grated Carrot 1
Capsicum ( finely chopped) 2 tbsp
Onion (medium) 1
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Green Chilies 3 – 4
Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
Bread Slices 2
Egg 1
Dalda Cooking Oil

Directions:-

Wash and soak the gram lentils in warm water for half an hour, boil them with the mince meat, onions and red chilies till the water dries and the lentils are tender.
Remove from the stove and set aside to cool. Once cool, chop in a chopper.
Mix salt, finely chopped coriander, green chilies, egg and bread crumbs in the mince meat and refrigerate for 10 – 15 minutes.
Combine the green onions, carrot and salt. Grease a frying pan with 1 tsp of Dalda Cooking Oil, stir fry the vegetables over high heat for 2 – 3 minutes.
Grease your hands with Dalda Cooking Oil, roll small pieces of mince meat into a ball making sure to add 1 tsp of vegetables inside each kofta. Refrigerate the koftay for 10 – 15 minutes.
Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in a wok for 4 – 5 minutes and fry koftay over medium heat till golden

3. Super Tonic. 
This is my favorite form of cayenne pepper.

Ingredients:

Habanero peppers, bird peppers, Serrano peppers, other East Indian super hot pepper powder, Chinese peppers, EverClear Grain Alcohol, horseradish, fresh ginger, fresh garlic.

Purpose:

It is a Vasodilator (artery enlarger). It’s purpose is increase the speed of the blood circulation, increase oxygenation. Cayenne pepper is the most potent healing agent among herbs.

Heart:

For those who suffer from poor circulation, heart attacks, strokes, this is the magic formula to maintain good blood circulation and in an emergency, could substitute for Nitro to kick start the heart.

Cold and Flu:

In this article, you’ll learn four acupressure and reflexology points on your feet that can help relieve your headache symptoms right away and also help alleviate your symptoms in the long-term. And, did you know that you can “cure” yourself and be headache and migraine-free?  You’ll learn how right after the four points for pain relief.

CAUTION: 

Some of the points in this article are contraindicated (not to be used) when pregnant as they can induce labour because they really get the Qi flowing.

In some cases, a headache or migraine may indicate a serious medical condition. Consult your doctor if your headache is severe, is different from previous headaches or occurs with other symptoms.

In a nutshell, if your head hurts and you’re not sure whether to see a doctor, please go see your doctor. Now that the common sense disclaimer is out of the way, let’s get to these acupressure and reflexology points for headaches and migraines.

1. Chinese Reflexology Point for Migraines (Temporal Area)

If you experience migraines or headache pain in the temporal area (sides of your head), this point is especially effective for moving the Qi to help you get relief. The Chinese Reflexology point for Migraines (temporal area of your head) is located on the inside of your big toe between the big toe and second toe.

To massage this point, use your thumb to press and rub side to side on this area. Start at the tip of your toe and work your way down. When you get to the base of the toe, pick up your thumb, place it back at the top of the toe and repeat. Massage for 60 seconds to help smooth the flow of Qi.

If you are experiencing headache or migraine pain on the left side of your head, rub the Chinese Reflexology point on your RIGHT foot and vice versa if it’s on the right side of your head. The reason why you rub the opposite foot is because the energy meridians cross over at the neck and thus, flow through the opposite sides of your head. If you’re feeling pain on both sides, rub the points on both of your feet.

One thing to note is that this point is very likely going to be extremely sensitive to rub if you have a headache or get headaches frequently. Sensitive points indicate areas where Qi is not flowing smoothly. The more sensitive a point feels, the greater the disruption to the flow of Qi.

You can also rub this point daily even when you don’t have pain. The consistent massage will help the Qi to flow more smoothly through your temporal area and thus, help to alleviate your symptoms over the long-term.

2. Four Gates: Tai Chong (LV-3) and He Gu (LI-4)

The four gates are actually two acupressure points on your feet and two on your hands. They are commonly used in acupuncture to treat headaches.

WARNING: Do not massage the Four Gates points if you are pregnant. These points powerfully move Qi and are contraindicated (not to be used) when pregnant as they can induce labour.

Tai Chong (LV-3)

liver 3 locationTai Chong is also known as Liver 3 (LV-3) because it is located on the Liver meridian of your body. In Chinese Medicine, the Liver plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body.

The point is located on the top of the foot in the webbing between the big toe and the second toe.  Use your thumb to feel for the bones of the two toes into you feel where the bones intersect.  Then slide your thumb about a thumb-width above this intersection and press the depression between the bones.

Press and hold for one minute. As mentioned in the Chinese Reflexology point for migraines (temporal area), you’ll press on the foot opposite to where you’re feeling pain in your head. Press Liver 3 on both feet if you are feeling pain on both sides of your head.

3. Zu Ling Qi: (GB-41)

The English translation for Zulingqi is “foot overlooking tears”. It’s aptly named because when you press this point, it’s likely be so sensitive that it will bring tears to your eyes.  While there is a saying, “No pain. No gain.” please use  your common sense and go with what feels comfortable. It’s better to err on the lighter side than to press too hard or for too long.

Gallbladder41Zu Lin Qi or Gallbladder 41 (GB-41) is located on the top of the foot between your pinky toe and second last toe.  To locate GB-41, feel along the top of your foot for the bones of your pinky toe and second last toe. They’ll form a “V” where they intersect.

Gallbladder 41 is just above the point of intersection. Feel in the webbing for a slight depression. It will be just outside the tendon in your foot. It’s okay if you can’t feel the tendon. As long as you are just above where the V intersects, you’re close enough as the entire Gallbladder meridian runs through this area.  Once you locate this point, press and hold for 30 to 60 seconds.

Do I need to mention about the opposite foot?  I think you’ve got this down by now. Psst… I won’t even mention it for the last reflexology point.

Because the Gallbladder meridian is paired with the Liver meridian, this point will benefit the flow of Qi.  The Gallbladder meridian also runs through the side of your head and right through your forehead so it’s very beneficial for headaches to get Qi flowing smoothly through this channel. This is also a good point for menstrual issues, so if you get headaches with your period, this is a beneficial point to press.

4. Chinese Reflexology Point for the Face

FaceGeneralIf you are experiencing headache or migraine pain in your face, the Chinese Reflexology point for the face is a good one to massage. The top of your big toe corresponds to your face, all the way from your forehead to your neck.

Since it’s not convenient or recommended to massage the toenail, this point is best for just below the eyes, in your cheeks, the jaw area and the front of your face.  Use your thumb to rub the top of your big toe, side to side, working your way from the base of the toenail to the base of the toe. When you get to the bottom of the toe, start again at the top. Repeat for 30 to 60 seconds.

The “Cure” for Headaches and Migraines

Congratulations! You’ve just learned 4 (actually five if you include He Gu on the hand) points to get your Qi moving smoothly again so that you can get natural relief from headaches and migraines.

At the beginning of this article, I promised to discuss the headache and migraine “cure.”  The reason I put the word cure in quotations is because Traditional Chinese Reflexology is not about diagnosing diseases and curing them.

Fundamentally, the focus of this healing modality is to bring your whole body into balance by getting your Qi flowing properly. When Qi is flowing as it should, your body will be in a state of health and well-being. Chinese Reflexology is about finding Qi disharmonies and clearing them in order to support and promote your body’s natural healing process.

The “cure” for headaches and migraines is as simple as getting your Qi flowing smoothly through your body and your head.  Then, presto! No more headaches or migraines.

Ultimately, your body wants to be in a state of balance and harmony and Chinese Reflexology helps you achieve this.  There are so many underlying reasons and factors why someone’s Qi can be out of balance. (e.g. too much qi, not enough qi).

Diet, lack of exercise (or even too much exercise), stress, worry, emotions, environment  all of these things affect the flow of Qi in your body.

If you try to figure what the problem is, you can start overthinking things, which can also then impede the flow of Qi in your body!  Fortunately, with Chinese Reflexology, when you massage all of the points on your feet, it doesn’t matter what is it out of balance or how it’s out of balance. Simply massaging the reflexology point will help to balance the flow of Qi.

Then, your body can then focus on what it does best, which is heal itself. And that’s why Chinese Reflexology is an excellent companion to almost any healing practice (Western or holistic). It simply helps your body to heal itself.

5. Chahray ki jhurio kay liyay : 
Roozana gajar ka juice peenay say chahray ki jhuria kum hina shuroo ho jai gi.

6. Rung gora karnay kay liyay : 
agar lemo ka rus or arq-e gulab hamwazan mila kar is mey dugni glycerin shamil karlai or iss ko aik shishi mey akhata kar lai. Subh or raat sonay say pehlay is amaizay ko apnay chahray per lagai tou rung gora hana shuroo ho jai ga.



7. Chahray (face) kay falto baalo kay liyay : 
chahray kay falto baloo say nijat kay liyay haldi, basin or dahi ka gaahra amaiza bana kar chahray per lagai or 15 munites kay liyay chor dai. Phir halka halka massage karai. 15 munites baad chahray ko taza pani say dho lai, tou charay ka roowa kum hona shuro ho jai ga. Yeh totka haftay mey aik dafa kia ja sakta hai.

8. Chahray kay aik jaisay rung kay liyay : 
apnay chahray kay rung ko aiksa karnay kay liyay  sundal ka powder, tamatar juice, lemo ka juice or kheeray ka juice mila kar paste ban alai or chahray per mal lai. Is ko kushk honay dai or phir taaza pani say dho lijia. Rung nikharna shuro ho jai ga or mukhtalif rung ki jaga tamam chahray ka aiksa rung ho jai ga.

9. Ankho kay halko kay liyay : 
agar ankho kay nichay halqay ho tou uss kay liyay kheeray kat kar ankho pey rakhnay say halkay kum hona shuro hojatay hai.

10. Chehray yani face ko thunday pani say dhonay say 
is ki freshness mey izafa hota hai khas tour per ager chahray per threding yeh bleach use ki jai tou is ko thunday pani say zaroor dohna cahiyay.

11. Chehre yani face per shehed 
(honey) lagaen aur 15-20 minutes baad dho lain.

12. Smooth aur healthy face ke liye aik gharelo totka 
yeh hai k tamatar ka ras bohat mofeed hai. Tamatar ka rass chehre par lagaen aur 15-20 minutes ke baad dho lain, chehra yani face nurm o mulaem nazar aye ga aur iski khubsurti main izafaat ho ga.

13. Face ko fresh bananay k liye lemon akhrot 
(walnut) aur dehi (yogurt) ko mila kar face mask bana kar laga lain.

14. Mint yani podeenay ka istemal bhi face k liye aik aham totka hai.
Mint ko food main bhi istemal keya ja sakta hai ya iske patay directly bhi face per lagay ja sakte hain.

Ingredients:-

Fish 1 kg
Salt as per taste
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 2 medium
Tomatoes 3 – 4
Crushed Red Chilli 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Corriander Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Green Chillies 3 – 4
Dalda Canola Oil as reqd

Directions:-

*Cut boneless fish into thick fillets. Wash thoroughly and put in a strainer to dry.

*Chop onion & tomatoes, roast & grind cumin seeds.

*Make a marinade in a big bowl with salt, 1 tsp red chilli & corriander powder.

*Marinate fish fillets in it & refrigerate for 15 – 20 minutes.

*Heat 4 – 6 tbsp Dalda Canola Oil on a griddle at medium heat, fry 3 -4 fillets at a time until light golden and keep aside.

*Fry chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic and red chilli on the same griddle. When tomatoes get half done, layer fish fillets on it & cover.

*Cook on low heat while turning the fillets once or twice; when tomatoes get dry add ground cumin and green chillies. Mix well.

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

Potatoes 2

Spring Onion 2
Green Chilli 3 - 4
Fresh Corriander ½ bunch
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Dalda Cooking Oil as reqd

Directions:-

*Begin by finely slicing the onions. Chop spring onion, corriander & green chillies together. Boil & mash potatoes.

*Wash the beef thoroughly and put it in a pan along with salt, ginger garlic, red chilli, black pepper, sliced onion & soya sauce. Cook on low heat.

*When meat becomes tender after being cooked in its own water (additional water can be added to achieve the desired result), remove from heat and shred the meat.

*Add mashed potato, eggs, corn flour, corriander, green chillies & spring onion in the shredded meat.

*Heat a small piece of charcoal on a stove, put it in the centre of the meat mixture and pour 1 tbsp Dalda Cooking Oil on it. Cover for a while.

*Remove charcoal, mix the meat mixture thoroughly and mould it into the shape of a kebab.

*Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs until golden.

*Chop pineapple pieces and put in a strainer to get dry thoroughly.

*When yogurt becomes thoroughly dried, shift it to a bowl. Add condensed milk and mix well with a spoon.

*Add chopped pineapple, mix with the help of 2 spoons and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

*Take out from refrigerator and make balls. Toss in desiccated coconut and refrigerate again.

2)Chair Dips:-

This is an effective fat reduce exercise that not only tones the arms, but also the back muscles. For this workout you need to choose a bed or chair, which is a little higher to the ground. Anything that will be stable on the ground is a good choice. A soft cushion sofa may not be the best idea; it will make the toning exercise harder to perform.

The furniture should be at least 2 feet higher than the ground. You should have 3 feet of free space in front of the item, to perform this exercise with ease. Face away from the furniture and place your hands on it. Your arms should be shoulder width apart. Move three to four steps away from the furniture; keep your upper body straight.

This is your starting position. Bend your knees to match the furniture. Bend your elbows and move your whole body to the ground, the aim is to touch the floor. Come back into your normal position. You need to do 3 sets of 20 reps, every day. This is undoubtedly one of the best exercises to do to lose weight fast.

3)Scissors:-

This exercise can be really fun to perform and will help you lose arm fat extremely fast. It is one of the best cardio workouts to lose weight. This exercise as mentioned in the name resembles a scissors being opened and closed. You need to begin by standing straight and lifting your arms to shoulder height, in front of you.

Stretch your arms to the side and bring them back to your front, the right hand should overlap the left. This resembles an open scissors. You need to stretch them to the side again and bring them back to the front. This time your left arm should overlap your right. This is a complete rep and this exercise needs to be done in 3 sets of 10 reps every day.

4)Opposite Arm & Leg Lift:-

This is an amazing exercise for toned arms that strengthens both the arm and leg muscles and stretches the back. Therefore, it should be included in the ectomorph workout plans for better muscle growth and formation. This exercise is also beneficial for enhancing balance and perfecting the posture.

Get down on all fours with your knees placed directly below your hips and palms placed directly below your shoulders. Now, raise your right arm forward and stretch your left leg backward at the same time. Create a tension in your back by flexing your foot. Hold the position for a few seconds and then come back to the starting position. Repeat the same using your left arm and right leg. Repeat 15 to 20 times on both sides.

5)Arm Circles:-

This is yet another classic exercise for arms that is included in most exercise regimes in order to tone and shape the flabby arms. You can do this exercise with or without weights. Being a low impact exercise, it can be done while following the vegan 7 day meal plan. You can hold two 600 ml water bottles in two hands while doing the arm circles.

Stand with your feet placed shoulder width apart and arms extend straight to your sides, raised at shoulder height. Now, do 50 small circles with your hands by rotating them in the forward direction. Then switch to 50 small backward circles. The backward and forward arm movement tones all the muscles of the arms including the triceps, biceps, shoulders and back muscles as well.
