COCONUT CURRY CHICKEN Recipe.ItsYummyy!!


Ingredients:-

1/2 cup white rice
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. Chinese 5-Spice powder
13.5oz can coconut milk
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast strips (approx 2 lbs.)
salt and pepper, to taste
olive oil

Method:-

*In a medium saucepan, bring 3 1/4 cups salted water to a boil. Add rice, bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

*Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Stir in curry powder and cook for 1 minute. Add coconut milk and cook until reduced by half-about 7 minutes.

*Toss together the chicken, Five-Spice powder and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.

*In a large, heavy skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

*Increase heat to high and stir-fry chicken until just cooked through, about 6 minutes.

*Reduce heat to medium and stir in the Coconut Curry Sauce. Serve with rice.

Take one cup water, put a small piece of fresh ginger into it and boil it. Then add one teaspoon honey and take it warm.

You can also make the ginger tea to get rid of cough and flu. While making the tea, take some pieces of ginger, grind them and add into the boiling water before you add the tea mixture. This will also help reduce your cough.

For black cough or sore windpipe, take two tablespoon ground ginger and two mugs of water. Add them and place on stove for boiling. Take the warm boiled solution every two hours.

We should always avoid sunburn although sometimes this energy comes suddenly. The redness, irritation, scaling, pain, swelling, unsightly blisters and sunburn may last 3-7 days and are extremely annoying. Sunburns are, in fact, acute inflammation of the skin cells, caused by the ultraviolet rays of the sun. Many people are unaware that the chemicals that are put on the skin can cause inflammation once it is exposed to sunlight.

When we are in the presence of sunburn, natural treatment for skin always help and provides refreshing and soothing effect to remove the burning and itching.

Sunburn of skin is the effect of overexposure to ultraviolet radiation or sun rays, it appears due to going in sun rays without sun blocks. Mild symptoms are redness, rashes and sometimes dizziness and headache. Melanin a skin pigment is the natural defense of sunburn. Sunburn healing is the slow process but different creams are also available to protect and cure sunburn.

But prevention is always better then cures. While going outside the timings of going out should be adjusted .Sun shine is intense between 11am – 2pm. So avoid going outside without sunscreen during these hours. If inflammation is developed it needs some extra care, but if there is simple redness with burning, itching and feeling hotness then the following remedies in home should be taken:

*Aloe gel is the best thing act as sunscreen or sun block against intense rays of sun. Aloe Vera plant easily available in nurseries, for treatment purpose take a leaf of it, pierce it and sticky fluid come from it in form of gel. Apply it at the affected place without mixing any thing in it .If this gel is kept in refrigerator for some time it will give relief from burning.

*Chamomile tea or green tea is also effective made the tea, cool it for some time then the affected part is bathed into it or soaked into it as long as you like.

*If the affected part or area is small then tea bags after making tea not be thrown out but cool them and place them at effected part.

*Never pop the burns because it causes the damage of skin. Peel of the skin after several days when inner tissues are formed and healed.

*Apple cider vinegar also works well it is available in markets. Take 2 cups of it in water tub and put the effected part in it for fifteen min.

*Yogurt is good sunburn healer .it has ability to absorb the acidity and heat of the burn and hydrate it with soothing effects. Simply apply it for 10-15 minutes at effected part.

*Baking soda is also effective .one fourth cup of it in Luke warm water helps to maintain the PH level of skin and making it alkaline.

*Lavender oil also helpful in curing the sunburns.

*Honey is also shows good results while applied at effected area. It may be mixed with wheat grams and applied at effected area. Honey a table spoon with few drops of lemon juice acts very well in cure..

*Cucumber juice applied on skin act as cure as well as sunscreen.

*Potato slices in raw form if put on affected area relieve the blemish ness of skin.

*Make a paste of barley, turmeric and yogurt in equal proportion and apply at effected area.

*Coconut oil is gentle to rub at sunburned skin.

*Tomato puree and cucumber puree mix in equal quantities and apply, allow to dry then repeat three times in a day and wash .if applied twice in a week feel the difference.

*3 tablespoons of milk with one tablespoon of turmeric powder applied will give better results.

*Cabbage leaves when boiled and mashed then applied at the place showed to be effective.

*Vitamin E capsule punctured and rubbed at affected part to cure the sun burns.

TREATMENT FOR SUNBURNS ON FACE

*Take 4 tbsp of tomato juice and 2 tbsp of fresh cream, mix and apply on face and neck for 20 minutes and rinse with cold

*water. Follow this procedure for 1 week.

*Mix milk and lemon juice, apply at night and wash next day in the morning, your sunbrun will be cured.

*Make a paste of cornstarch or baking soda with water, apply on affected area and leave until your burning stops. Then rinse
it off.

*Take chilled cucumber and apply slices on affected area or make a paste of chilled cucumber with the help of aloe vera gel or
cornstarch to make a thick paste.

*Apply cider vinegar on burning area, after a few minutes apply coconut oil, you will feel relief.

Medically known as dyspepsia, indigestion is a gastrointestinal problem people commonly complaint about. Its symptoms can be bloating, belching, burning sensation and nausea. Gas and indigestion are problems occurring from the secretion of the digestive juices in our stomach.

When the acid present in the stomach begins to irritate the lining of the stomach or reaches to our oesophagus, commonly known as acid reflux, one experiences discomfort and a burning sensation in chest and stomach.
