1. in a bowl or a large plate with rim/parat take 1 cup jowar flour. add 2 to 3 pinches of salt (about ⅛ tsp) and mix it with the flour.
2. then add about ½ cup hot water.
3. with a spoon or spatula, stir and mix the water with the jowar flour.
4. add remaining ¼ cup water more and again mix & stir incorporating the water in the flour. overall i added ¾ cup water. however, the water amount depends on the type of flour, whether it is fine or slightly coarse. hence add accordingly.
5. when the heat is enough to handle, then knead the dough with your hands. knead really well. the dough should be hot when you knead it. if the dough feels sticky or pasty, then add some more of the jowar flour. cover and keep the dough aside, till it comes at room temperature.
6. now make small to medium sized balls of the dough. sprinkle a good amount of jowar flour on the rolling board. flatten a ball and place it on the flour. add some more flour on top.
7. with your palms, lightly press as well as rotate the roti. add more flour if required. if you are unable to do this way, then roll the dough ball between two butter papers or ziplock bag.you can also flatten the dough ball on a moist napkin.
8. here the roti is done.
9. now with a spatula gently lift up the roti.
10. then place jowar roti on a hot tava with the floured side facing you.
11. spread some water all over the roti with your fingers.
12. let the base cook ¼th and then flip the roti. allow this watered side to cook till you see light brown spots.
13. with a pair of tongs lift the roti, invert and then place it on the fire. the roti or bhakri will begin to puff up.
14. here the jowar roti has puffed up well.
15. invert and cook the other side of the roti on the flame.
16. when you see some charred spots and the jowar roti has cooked well, remove and place in a roti basket.
17. serve jowar rotis hot or warm with a regional indian veggie dish or a lentil-legume dish. if you want you can spread some ghee or white butter on the jowar rotis.

2.Tandori roti:

sharing two methods to make tandoori rotis:
1. making rotis on an iron tava or griddle:
*in this method (the top pic) you get a soft as well as chewy texture. the taste is like that of tandoori rotis you get in restaurants. there is some charring with a a crisp texture in the rotis.
*you have to use an iron tava/griddle or a steel one. please don’t use a non stick tava.
*you need little experimentation to get the knack, like how hot should be the flame and rotating the tava evenly so that the corners of rotis are cooked well.
*make small rotis so that the burner flame reaches out. keep flame low to medium or as needed. you need to experiment with the burner flame to get the perfect rotis. as it depends upon your tava thickness and burner capacity. for me it worked on medium flame.
*you need to eat the rotis fresh and when they are hot. since as they cool, they become more chewy and dense after some time. given an option we prefer these rotis made on tava, provided they are served hot.

2. making rotis on rack:
*easy and simple method. but taste is just a bit like tandoori rotis you get outside.
*these rotis stay soft and can be eaten later also.

*make the size of rotis depending on the size of the rack you are using. below is a pic of the rotis made on rack.

Method:-

1. seive 2.5 cups atta or whole wheat flour along with 1 tsp salt in a bowl or a large plate. you can also mix the flour and salt together.
2. add ½ tbsp oil. you can also skip the oil if you want.
3. then add ¾ cup to 1 cup water.
4. mix everything and gather the mixture to begin kneading.
5. knead to a smooth, soft and supple dough. add water if required while kneading. cover and allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
6. make small to medium sized balls from the dough.
7. now on a rolling board, flatten a dough ball and sprinkle some flour on it.
8. roll it into a small to medium sized round like that or a regular roti or chapati. don’t roll very thin, like we do for phulkas.

Rack method to make tandoori rotis:
1. take a fire proof wired rack and place it on a low to medium flame.
2. place the roti on the rack.
3. when you see bubbles appearing, flip the roti.
4. you will see a few brown black spots on the roti. cook the other side now.
5. flip again and you will the second side cooked well enough.
6. flip once more for an even cooking.
7. lastly flip again. the whole roti has to be cooked well. you should not see any rawness in the roti.
8. keep the roti in a roti basket or casserole. take some butter or ghee to spread on the roti.
9. spread the butter or ghee evenly. if you want you can skip the butter or ghee.

tava method to make tandoori rotis:

1. after you are done rolling the roti, spread water evenly all over the roti. you can use your fingers to spread water or use a pastry brush.
2. place the roti, watered side down on a hot tava. use a cast iron tava. don’t use non stick as the roti will fall off in the next step. as soon the roti, gets heated up, you will see huge and sometimes even large bubbles on the roti.
3. allow to cook for about minute on a low to medium flame. be patient and allow the roti to cook well. otherwise the roti gets stuck to the tava and you need some skills to remove it. the water has to dry up completely, so that the roti comes out easily.  i keep at least for a minute for the roti to cook well. but the cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the tava/griddle and the intensity of the flame source. you can also use this technique to cook naans on stove top.
4. now carefully hold the tawa upside down on the flame. the flame has to be on low to medium or else the roti might bet burnt. rotate the tawa for even roasting. keep tongs near by, in case the roti falls off from the tawa, then you can just quickly lift it up with the tongs.
5. bring back the tawa to it original position on the stove top. this is our tandoori roti done and roasted very well. remove the roti with a spatula or a tong. in case the roti sticks and not coming out, then cook the roti for some more seconds.
6. this is the watered side of the roti, which has been cooked.
7. the tawa will have a few particles of cooked atta, which you can scrape or wipe off.
8. spread some butter or ghee on the tandoori roti. you can also serve the roti plain without adding any butter or ghee.
serve tandoori rotis hot with curry dishes like paneer makhani, paneer lababdar, matar masala, veg makhanwala, chole, rajma, dum aloo, paneer tikka masala or aloo matar curry.

Congo Haemorrhagic Virus Infection And Eid-Ul-Azha

Congo Haemorrhagic Virus Infection And Eid-Ul-Azha

Crimean Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) is a widespread tick-borne viral disease that is endemic in Africa, the Balkans, the Middle East and Asia. The virus is a member of the Bunya viridae family of RNA viruses. It is a zoonotic disease carried by several domestic and wild animals. While clinical disease is rare in infected animals, it is severe in infected humans, with a mortality rate of 10-40%. Outbreaks of illness are usually attributable to Hyalomma tick bites or contact with infected animals or people.

Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) is a viral disease that spreads through tick bite. It was first described in Crimea in 1944 and was called Crimean Hemorrhagic fever.

It was later also described in Congo, hence it was named Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic fever. The disease is more common in Africa, Asia, East Europe and the Middle East. A recent outbreak has been reported in the Indian State of Gujarat.

Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) is caused by a virus belonging to a group called Nairovirus. The virus infects wild as well as domestic animals like sheep and cattle through tick bites. Humans are infected when they come in direct contact with blood or tissues from infected animals or bites of infected ticks.

Crushing of infected tick could also result in infection. Infection may rarely occur if people breathe in the virus passed out in the infected animal’s excreta. Thus, people who work in close contact with livestock such as those working in agriculture, slaughterhouses and veterinary hospitals are at a higher risk of acquiring the disease.

Once a human is affected, the infection spreads to other people if they come in contact with the patient’s infected blood or body fluids. Infection could also spread in hospitals during injections and surgical procedures. Hospital staff that treat patients with CCHF are at a higher risk for developing the infection.

A person cannot be infected by eating well-cooked infected meat since the virus does not survive cooking.

The patient may show general symptoms like high fever, headache, joint and muscle aches, nausea, stomach pain and loose motions. He may suffer from severe bleeding, jaundice, convulsions, and coma.

CCHF is diagnosed using tests like ELISA, isolation of the virus, antigen detection, and polymerase chain reaction. The patient is treated with intravenous fluids and an antiviral drug ribavarin.

Adequate precautions should be taken to avoid being infected in epidemics. People exposed to domestic animals or those undergoing activities like hiking should wear protective gear to avoid tick bites. Hospital staff should also take adequate precautions while treating patients with the disease. Ribavarin may be administered to people coming in close contact with patients.

Ixodid (hard) ticks, especially those of the genus, Hyalomma, are both a reservoir and a vector for the CCHF virus. Numerous wild and domestic animals, such as cattle, goats, sheep and hares, serve as amplifying hosts for the virus.

Transmission to humans occurs through contact with infected ticks or animal blood. CCHF can be transmitted from one infected human to another by contact with infectious blood or body fluids. Documented spread of CCHF has also occurred in hospitals due to improper sterilization of medical equipment, reuse of injection needles, and contamination of medical supplies.

Diagnosis:

Laboratory tests that are used to diagnose CCHF include antigen-capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), real time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), virus isolation attempts, and detection of antibody by ELISA (IgG and IgM).

Laboratory diagnosis of a patient with a clinical history compatible with CCHF can be made during the acute phase of the disease by using the combination of detection of the viral antigen (ELISA antigen capture), viral RNA sequence (RT-PCR) in the blood or in tissues collected from a fatal case and virus isolation.

Immunohisto chemical staining can also show evidence of viral antigen in formalin-fixed tissues. Later in the course of the disease, in people surviving, antibodies can be found in the blood. But antigen, viral RNA and virus are no more present and detectable.

Signs and Symptoms:

The onset of CCHF is sudden, with initial signs and symptoms including headache, high fever, back pain, joint pain, stomach pain, and vomiting. Red eyes, a flushed face, a red throat, and petechiae (red spots) on the palate are common. Symptoms may also include jaundice, and in severe cases, changes in mood and sensory perception.

As the illness progresses, large areas of severe bruising, severe nosebleeds, and uncontrolled bleeding at injection sites can be seen, beginning on about the fourth day of illness and lasting for about two weeks. In documented outbreaks of CCHF, fatality rates in hospitalized patients have ranged from 9% to as high as 50%.

The long-term effects of CCHF infection have not been studied well enough in survivors to determine whether or not specific complications exist. However, recovery is slow.

Treatment:

Treatment for CCHF is primarily supportive. Care should include careful attention to fluid balance and correction of electrolyte abnormalities, oxygenation and hemodynamic support, and appropriate treatment of secondary infections. The virus is sensitive in vitro to the antiviral drug ribavirin. It has been used in the treatment of CCHF patients reportedly with some benefit.

Recovery:

The long-term effects of CCHF infection have not been studied well enough in survivors to determine whether or not specific complications exist. However, recovery is slow.

Prevention:

Men hearding goats into a penAgricultural workers and others working with animals should use insect repellent on exposed skin and clothing. Insect repellants containing DEET (N, N-diethyl-m-toluamide) are the most effective in warding off ticks. Wearing gloves and other protective clothing is recommended. Individuals should also avoid contact with the blood and body fluids of livestock or humans who show symptoms of infection.

It is important for healthcare workers to use proper infection control precautions to prevent occupational exposure.

Goats in a penAn inactivated, mouse-brain derived vaccine against CCHF has been developed and is used on a small scale in Eastern Europe. However, there is no safe and effective vaccine currently available for human use. Further research is needed to develop these potential vaccines as well as determine the efficacy of different treatment options including ribavirin and other antiviral drugs.

Easy Ways For Housewives To Earn Money Online.

Easy Ways For Housewives To Earn Money Online.

I have received a lot of emails from housewives and college girls about making money online from home, so today I decided to explain some ways housewives to make money online. No doubt now women are much more independent and talented as compared to 25 years back; especially in developing countries. I’m blogging since 2009 but I have noticed that females trend about working on internet is increasing day by day from 2012 to onward. I personally recommend women to work online, once they get married because its quite hard to do offline job when you have kids.

If you are a housewife, who is at home for a long time, you must get bored with the same routine work at home. Why don’t you spend your time in a useful way and start working over internet and help your family to live a better and luxuries life. The best part of online business is that , there is almost no investment, to get started you just require an internet connection and personal computer.

So now pay attention, leave your work for a while and turn off  TV, your bank will thank you for this later. I’m going to share 5 ways for housewives to make money, who are sitting idle at home, wasting all their talents.

1- Articles Writing:-
The most easy and quick way for ladies to start making money is article writing, your writing abilities and English grammar need to be good if you want to become content writer. If your English is not good, still nothing to worry just do a Google search and find many websites to learn English online. You can find clients on Facebook or writer Emails to different magazine and other blogs/websites. You can also join Freelancer or Odesk to get started.

It’s not difficult as you are thinking. In article writing, you just need to collect information mixture and write it in your own words, like you are reading this article. If anyone has good writing skills and good English grammar he/she can contact me, I can help to get work.

2- Become Online Tutor:-
This is something what I really love to do, I don’t like home tuition or study in offline academies because it wastes a lot of time. You may already know that I’m also teaching different Online courses include Web Development, Blogging and Online Earning Training Course. So, trends are changing now, up to 50 students join my training courses every month so its time for you to start teaching online and utilize your knowledge.

Before starting you need to keep in mind that people are not comfortable with all subjects online so chose subject that can be learned online,e:g students feel comfortable in learning English grammar, Programing, chemistry, biology etc.

You have two options, first you can get some students to teach online via some local links, some home or online tuition providers, fiverr, classified ads or Facebook to get registered on some online websites that look for online teachers and pay them for teaching online, solving problems, completing assignments. You can teach via Live chat, Skype Videos calls and Screen sharing with team viewer. You can expect $300 to 1000$ monthly income.

An old man visited my office few days back and he is teaching online Quran to students in UK, USA and making 300$+ every month. Even he can not operate computer well, His English is not too good but still he is making money and doing hard work.

3- Graphic Designing:-
Its amazing way to make handsome amount of money for creative ladies, professional web designers average making 250 to 3000 dollar a month. With respect to different surveys out of all the fashion designers out there, 70% of them are females. If you are reading or searching for online work first time than you may be amazed or its looks strange but day by day graphic designers demand is increasing. So you can get started with Photoshop and Coreldraw and you can find work on Freelancer, Odesk, Facebook, Community forums or contact any nearest software house.

Well nothing to worry, you can learn Photoshop or Coreldraw online, Google is your friend so find some tutorials and learn all stuff online free. Its also a fact the women have God gifted approach to make the best use of colors etc.

4- Earn via blogging:-
Blogging is one of the easiest methods for housewives to earn online but It requires lots of hard-work with devotion in starting. If you are expert in some specific topic, subject or you want to share your views about products, technology, politicians etc any thing, its means you can start blogging. Blog is just like your Public Diary, where you can share your thoughts and when people read your blog and you get paid. To become a successful blogger you needs lots of patience, Never quit attitude.

Well for success in blogging, you need to learn Search Engine Optimization and Monetization. You can learn all this stuff from different websites by searching in Google. Best categories for Housewives to start a blog are cooking, fashion, health and fitness, personal care, beauty etc. You can make $100 to $2500 a month by doing blogging.

5- Offer Gigs:-
Its fun to make money with different mini freelancing website by offering gigs. Gig is refer to any service, work or any thing that you can do for $5+/-, for Example You can start a gig like ” I can write 500 words article for 5$” or “I can sing a song to wish birthday to your friend for 5$” or some naughty gig  “I will give 25 missed calls to any one you want for $” etc.

There is a huge market place where you can offer you gigs know as Fiverr. Specially girls and housewives can cash this opportunity according to their talent. You can visit and browse different categories to get more ideas about different gigs, may be you can find some thing you can do really very well. You can make average $250 to $1000 monthly using this way. If YouTube is working on your computer, you can watch my Presentation about these 5 ways to Make Money.

Earn Money Make $1,000 per month from revenuehits.com

RevenueHits Review ā€“ Make $1,000 per month

Today I’d like to introduce you to one of my favorite ad networks. One I’ve been using (and many friends and readers) to earn $1,000 per month with several websites. This network is called RevenueHits and until last year I had no idea until they approached me to talk business.
Revenue Hits Review

RevenueHits Review

As mentioned above, a manager from the Publishers area approached to me via LinkedIn or Skype (can’t remember) and we talked how we could do some business by running and testing their ads against other, including the famous Google Adsense.
At first I was hesitant, I must say, but I like to give a try to different networks because you never now when you’re going to find a golden nugget and boost your earnings.
In fact, revenue hits has worked well for me and hundreds of my readers that it has earned the top spot in my Google Adsense alternatives list.
I know it works for me and I know it works for my readers cause they give me feedback and because their referral program gives you stats to give you an idea of how it’s working for others too.
Revenue Hits Review - adsense alternative
RevenueHits is owned and operated by MyAdWise Ltd – a privately-held, Israeli-based, start-up company founded in 2008 by a team of experienced tech professionals, finance experts and successful online marketers.
If you want to sign up as a publisher with Revenue Hits just click here or click the image above to get started.
You’ll need to fill up your data including your website or mobile app, URL, category and a brief description to get accepted. I’m glad they have an immediate approval system so anyone will be accepted and processed really fast.
Revenue Hits Review - Registration
After that just fill in your personal data including name, phone and password and click continue.
Revenue Hits Review - Partner Information
Finally, you’ll decide how you’re getting paid. They have Paypal, Payoneer or Wire transfers and the payment threshold can be as low as $20 if you’re using Paypal. They pay on a NET30 basis.
Revenue Hits Review - Billing Preferences

Revenue Hits Dashboard – Campaign Setup

Once you’re inside you’ll find a very good looking dashboard with a nice user interface. That’s something I appreciate in every network because some alternatives look like they were designed back in 1990-2000.
Here you’ll find your stats including impressions, clicks, eCPM and Revenue from the last 8 days. I created a new empty account just to show you the whole process but this should show all of your data according to the websites you add in the future.
Revenue Hits Review - Dashboard
First, you need to add a website (URL and name) and then select a new placement to add. A placement is an ad designed to be someplace in your website. They have several type of ads including:
  • Banners
  • PopUnders (my favorites)
  • Slider
  • Shadow Box
  • Top Banner
  • 158*21 Button
  • Footer
  • Interstitial (my second favorite)
PopUnders and Interstitials have worked great for me with several networks because the click rate can be really high and you don’t need to get clicks in your banners to earn money.
I’ve seen RevenueHits rates going from $0.5 CPM and up to $30 or more per CPM. If course this all depends on the country and type of traffic you’re receiving. The results won’t be the same if you’re getting Mac OS X traffic from Venezuela as they could be if you receive Android traffic from the UK for example.
Revenue Hits Review - Ad types
Once you’ve selected the type of ads you want to use, you just need to fill up the basic information including a name, the website you’re going to put your ad and a description.
Revenue Hits Review - Ad placement
If you select a banner ad, you’ll find another dropdown menu (see below) with different sizes similar to what you’ll get with Google Adsense. I’ve never found banner ads to be really good with any pop traffic network, but make sure you give them a try before ditching them off completely.
My recommendation is to use popunders and interstitials first though.
Revenue Hits Review - Banner Sizes

Revenue Hits vs. Adsense

It’s difficult to compare Revenue Hits against Adsense because RevenueHits is a great network for pop unders and not banners like Adsense, but I’ve been able to generate a lot more money from RevenueHits and their CPA model compared to Adsense, especially in niches for the leads or conversions pay better than anything else.
I’ve seen eCPMs up to $50-100 with RevenueHits too. Especially if you’ve got mobile traffic then those interstitial Ads will have a great impact in your Revenue.
Some verticals I recommend you to try with Revenue Hits are:
  • Mobile
  • Shopping
  • Dating
  • Coupons
  • Travel
  • Entertainment
  • Gaming
  • Software
and more…

RevenueHits payment

I’ve been working with RevenueHits for several months already. While they just revamped their whole platform a few months ago, I started to make $200 the first months and it quickly grew to $600-$1,000 per month.
The new interface shows everything in a better way (they revamped everything in January-February 2015) and as you can see, I’ve been hitting more than $1,000 in the last months.
Revenue Hits Review - Payment Proof

RevenueHits payment proof

I love receiving payments via Paypal so here’s one of the latest payments received under MyAdWise LtdRemember they pay on a NET30 basis, so what you earn this month gets paid at the end of the next month. RevenueHits has never failed to pay me on time and I’ve received around 6-7 payments already.

RevenueHits Contest Summer 2015

If you’re still thinking if you should join RevenueHits and test their ads, here’s a good reason to get started:
Revenue Hits Review - Contest
RevenueHits just launched a summer contest that will last 4 months and you’ll be able to win some nice prizes according to your Revenue. Almost everybody has a chance to win, and I’ must say I’m impressed with the giveaway. See some of the prizes below:
Revenue Hits Review - Summer Contest
As you can see, you can get everything from a Macbook to a TV to a Home Theater or even just cold hard cash if you make some good revenue in the next 4 months.
If you think you can’t make more than a few hundreds per month you can still participate and get prizes like these:
Revenue Hits Review - Summer Contest 2015
Add caption
As you can see, even if you just earn $250 per month, you’ll get a new mouse or an Amazon Gift Card.
Read more about RevenueHits summer contest here and don’t forget to sign up as a publisher to start making money here.

PPC Advertising Networks

RevenueHits is a CPA advertising network that delivers results for their advertisers. For us (publishers), they’re basically a PPC/PPV network (depends on the type of ads you’re using) and it’s definitely one of the best you can find out there
But none of them have given me better results than RevenueHits so far. Some of them are pretty similar though.

RevenueHits Review – Conclusion

Honestly, RevenueHits is one of the best networks I’ve worked with and their performance and their support has been outstanding so far. Their managers are always in contact and they will help you optimize your ads to get the most revenue out of it. If you don’t like an ad you see in your website, let your manager know and he’ll help you out.
Aside from it, remember to test different ad formats and keep them running for at least a week so they can optimize your earnings with time. My favorite ads are popunders and interstitials, but you can always try the rest and see what works for you.
As for payments, don’t worry. They’ll pay on time as long as you reach their $20 threshold at the end of the month.
You can’t go wrong with them, honestly, and that’s why they’ve been at the top of my ad networks list for several months already. No network would be on top unless my readers and me are getting great results both.
And who knows, you could claim a nice gift from their summer contest if you act fast. So what are you waiting for?!
Sign up here as a publisher and I’ll talk to you on the next one.
See ya.

How To Do Best Fine Makeup

How To Do Best Fine Makeup

Embrace a youthful exuberance at any age! While “more is better” applies to many joys in life (like coffee and gift cards), your makeup is another story entirely.

Too much makeup can settle into fine lines and wrinkles, magnifying rather than diminishing their appearance.

By simply choosing forgiving formulas and switching up your product selection, you can put your best face forward. Brush up (pun intended!) on these quick tricks to discover that turning back the hands of time can be as easy as opening your makeup bag!

1.APPLY PRIMER
After you moisturize, spread on a light primer with silica, which has a filling effect. A foundation that's creamy and moisturizing won't settle into fine lines and wrinkles, but use it sparingly the more you add, the more pronounced lines will look. We like Revlon Age Defying with DNA Advantage Cream Makeup.

2.THICK FOUNDATION
"Heavy makeup is a one-way ticket to looking older than you actually are," says makeup artist Chrisanne Davis. Choose a sheer foundation or tinted moisturizer (Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20), and after you apply it, press a damp makeup sponge into areas where you have wrinkles to soak up any excess.
While the less-is-more maxim may seem counter intuitive, "the more skin you can see, the better," says makeup artist Sandy Linter. "As long as it is well-hydrated, fresh skin looks much more youthful than an obviously covered complexion.

3. Pretty in Pink
Like face powder, a powder blush tries to sneak into those fine lines and wrinkles, making your skin appear dull or flat. A cream blush imparts a gorgeous glow to the cheeks while still looking natural and effortless. To add a youthful flush to your cheeks, choose a shade that complements your skin tone, and build up the color to your desired intensity. Remember to apply your cream blush with clean fingers to keep icky bacteria at bay!

4.Disguise Dark Circles
Whether those dark circles are hereditary, age related or simply due to a lack of sleep, they can draw your face downward, making you appear older than your years. The trick to effectively conceal those dark demons is to use a color correcting concealer that’s peach or salmon in hue. The warm tones counteract and neutralize the blue color characteristic of most under-eye circles. For an added youthful brightness, gently pat on a concealer (one shade lighter than your natural skin color) over the correcting concealer.

5. Keep it Light
In the spirit of keeping things light, a luminous shimmery eyeshadow (like Makeup Geek’s Shimma Shimma or Bling) applied to the inner corner of your eyes gives you that well rested, youthful, bright-eyed look. You can also add a small amount of your highlighting shadow under the brow to further brighten the eye. Note: When using an eyeshadow with shimmer, don’t go rogue! Stick to the inner corner (near the tear duct) and under the brow.

6. Just Wing It
Winging out your liner pulls the eye upward to create an instant lift that’s perfect for combating tired or aging eyes. While executing a winged eye can be a daunting task, the proper tools and product can make all the difference. We recommend using gel eyeliner with an angled brush like Makeup Geek’s Bent Liner Brush. Unfamiliar with how these items can achieve a cat eye or winged liner effect.

7.Eyes on the Skies
Curling your eyelashes is a quick and easy way to instantly make your eyes pop! Over time, eyelids are likely to start drooping and eyelashes can begin to flatten. Redirecting your lashes upward makes your eyes appear more open, wide, and therefore, more fresh and youthful looking. Give your lashes the pick-me-up they need and finish off the look with a couple coats of mascara.

8.Plump up Your Pout
Thinning lips is another common sign of aging. While your lips may not be as voluminous as they once were, you can use a plumping lip gloss to temporarily achieve the feeling and appearance of fuller, more supple-looking lips. The telltale sign of a good plumping gloss is a mild tingling sensation on the lips that means it’s working! Pro Tip: Avoid using dark lip colors as they can create a shadowed effect and inadvertently make your lips appear smaller.

9.Bolster Your Brows
As we age, our eyebrows can become both lighter and thinner, especially near the tail. Full, thick brows communicate youth, so fearlessly fill them in! This is one case in which powder is a mature gal’s friend. Ditch the brow gel or pencil and grab a brow powder or matte finish eyeshadow for a softer, more natural finish. Keep the outer portion of your brow the darkest and the inner portion of your brow the lightest. For the most realistic results, choose a brow color that either matches or is no more than two shades off your hair color.

Super Food Which Help For Fat Burning Fast.

Super Food Which Help For Fat Burning Fast.

We know, it sounds like it's too good to be true. But there actually are some things you can eat that spike the metabolism, trigger hormones that release fat, and eliminate toxins that make it hard for your body to shed unwanted pounds.

Just be cautioned: For these foods to work their miracles, they must be consumed as part of a clean diet. That's right, don't expect to make up for a junk-filled day by noshing on a few fat-burning kale chips.

1.KALE
This king of vegetable is not only the most nutrient-dense food on the planet, it also helps suppress the appetite and clears toxins from the body. Four cups of kale (the amount you'd use for a salad) has 10 grams of fiber and enough detoxifying nutrients to super-charge your liver's detoxification pathways for 48 hours! A cleaner body means fewer cravings for sugar and fried food, your fat cells' greatest allies.

Easy meal ideas: Assemble a raw kale salad with avocado, yellow peppers, and grape tomatoes; try crunchy kale chips; or sip on a cooling green vegetable juice.

2.BROCCOLI RABE
Who knew that food could talk to your fat cells? That's exactly what the phytonutrient sulforaphane in broccoli rabe does. It stimulates an enzyme that tells your fat cells to burn fat. Meet your negotiator.

3.AVOCADOS
The much-maligned fat in avocado is actually a triple-fat burner. Its monounsaturated fat plumps up cell membranes, enabling cells to better chat with fat-burning hormones. It also switches off the body's fat storage hormones. In addition, it boosts the metabolism by protecting the energy-producing part of cells from free radical damage. Bring on the guacamole!

4.BRAZIL NUTS
Next time you want to discard those large nuts from the mixed nut selection, don't. They're actually little fat-burners. They help boost the metabolism by converting the thyroid hormone to its active form. They also bind up toxins that would otherwise store themselves in your fat cells and contribute to cellulite.

Easy meal ideas: Snack on Brazil nuts, drink Brazil nut milk with vanilla and cardamom, or sprinkle Brazil nuts on a mango, papaya, and citrus fruit salad.

5.CHIA SEEDS
Packed with omega-3 fats, fiber, and protein, these tiny seeds help suppress the appetite, fire up the metabolism, and turn on glucagon, one of the body's fat-burning hormones. The trick is to soak them for 15 minutes so they swell up to 10 times their size. Just as with oatmeal, the larger the seeds are, the quicker your stomach will release those hormones that let you know you're full and hopefully satisfied.

Easy meal ideas: Make a chia seed pudding by soaking them in almond milk and then topping them with raw almonds, blend them with coconut milk and pineapple for a piƱa colada-inspired dessert, or eat a chia energy bar.

6.WILD SALMON
While you can't eat your way to a six-pack (that requires a few crunches), you can strip abdominal fat by consuming wild salmon on a regular basis. The omega-3s in wild salmon help improve insulin sensitivity, which shrinks fat from your waistline. Wild salmon also activates the thyroid hormone for a faster metabolism.

Easy meal ideas: Poach wild salmon with a watercress and pink grapefruit salad, make a wild salmon ceviche, or eat smoked wild salmon with dill and mustard.

7.OYSTERS
Oysters are your salvation when you're dieting and dining out. In addition to being low in calories it's only 50 calories for six oysters they are the richest dietary source of zinc, which helps to decrease the appetite and PMS-induced cravings.

Easy meal idea: Eat a few oysters at the raw bar with a squeeze of lemon and a dash of Tabasco.

8.COCONUT OIL
Not all dietary fats are created equal. Coconut oil is rich in medium-chained-triglycerides (MCTs), which your body preferentially uses for energy, leaving less opportunity for them to be stored as fat. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed greater abdominal fat loss over a 16-week period when MCTs were consumed versus olive oil. That doesn't mean ditching your olive oil entirely (it has other beneficial properties). Instead, use coconut oil to cook with and olive oil for a salad dressing.

9.CINNAMON
This aromatic spice helps move glucose into the cells faster so our fat storage hormone, insulin, hangs around a lot less. But note: Eating a cinnamon bun doesn't count! You need to consume at least a quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon to reap its fat-burning benefits.

Easy meal ideas: Add cinnamon to a vanilla smoothie, make an apple-spiced chia pudding, or toss cinnamon through warmed quinoa with raspberries and pistachios.

10.COFFEE
We knew there was a reason we loved our morning cup of Joe! Coffee stimulates adrenaline, which sends a message to your fat stores to burn fat. When you drink coffee 20 minutes before a workout, it also acts as an ergogenic aid enabling you to train more intensely. The key is to make it caffeinated and black, as milk reduces its fat-burning potential.
